Kingdom Roofing Systems in Bloomington, IN is seeking a driven Roofing and Exterior Remodeling Sales Representative. Using our proven in-home sales process, you will meet with qualified homeowners, assess their needs, and present roofing and exterior remodeling solutions.

Your success is tied to effort, with six-figure earning potential and extensive training provided. We provide a company vehicle, iPad, leads, and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional sales experience required.
• Roofing or home improvement experience is a plus.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable on ladders and rooftops.

Responsibilities

• Meet with qualified homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments.
• Build rapport, identify needs, and present roofing and remodeling solutions.
• Generate at least $1M in revenue within your first 12 months.
• Achieve required sales metrics: demo rate, close rate, average job size, and net sales.
• Generate at least one self-sourced lead per week.
• Accurately scope projects and maintain required profit margins.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM system.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in the community.
