Kingdom Roofing Systems is seeking motivated sales representatives in Indianapolis to build relationships with homeowners and present roofing and exterior remodeling solutions. The role uses a proven in-home sales process, with commissions tied to performance and a strong emphasis on meeting targets.

First-year reps can earn over $100,000 with a structured onboarding salary of $600/week for up to eight weeks, then uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional sales experience required.
• Roofing, home improvement, or construction experience is a plus.
• Comfortable on ladders and rooftops.
• Valid driver's license and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Meet with qualified homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments.
• Identify needs and present roofing/remodeling solutions.
• Generate at least $1M in revenue within 12 months.
• Achieve required sales metrics: demo rate, close rate, average job size, and net sales.
• Generate at least one self-sourced lead per week.
• Accurately scope projects and maintain required profit margins.
• Maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in the community.
