The ideal candidate will obtain leads & convert them to clients through our four-step proven process. Perform roof inspections, provide estimates, and present multiple options using our Better, Best, Basic pricing strategy. Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication, follow-up, and follow-through.

Responsibilities:
- Perform estimates for roof replacement with the goal of securing sales.
- Build rapport & trust with clients.
- Maintain relationships with professional partners for networking.
- Promptly return all missed calls/messages and follow up with customers.
- Convert leads into prospects via provided estimates.
- Enter lead information into CRM accurately, including notes and tagging relevant team members.
- Research specialty items and source prior to estimating.
- Present roofing options, colors, styles, and payment plans to prospects.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Notify management of customer issues or concerns.
- Prepare marketing materials like postcards & letters for campaigns.
- Implement marketing strategies and develop personal strategies in partnership with team leads.
- Understand jurisdiction permit requirements.
- Prepare and execute daily sales plans.
- Grow market share and maximize territory performance.
- Stay updated on roofing systems, installation requirements, trends, and product availability.
- Keep current on material pricing and market conditions.
- Accurately complete contracts and legal documents.
- Develop personal routines aligned with SOPs.
- Attend weekly and scheduled meetings.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales experience; construction or industrial sales is a plus.
- Professionalism, networking ability, and love for conversation.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written grammar and math skills.
- Negotiation skills and a drive to sell.
- Proven accuracy and safety focus.
- Experience with sales tracking and analysis.
- Competitive and committed to self-improvement.
- Physical ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to learn and use a CRM effectively.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication.
- Self-managed with minimal supervision.

- Ability to lift 75 lbs, and perform physical activities as required.
