Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in the construction field.
• Strong organizational skills to plan, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to comprehend instructions and documents and interact effectively with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate cost estimates and submit them for approval.
• Manage projects to ensure deadlines and budget objectives are achieved.
• Review and approve invoices, material slips, purchase orders, contracts, and proposals for adherence to company guidelines and project scopes.
• Address and resolve customer disputes and overdue accounts effectively.
• Maintain and protect company assets, including equipment, vehicles, and adherence to policies.
• Track labor and material expenses to control project costs.
• Prepare and process invoices for contract-based and time-and-material projects.
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors on scheduling, quality control, changes, and submittals.
• Respond professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
