RoofCrafters Roofing is seeking a motivated & energetic ROOFING ESTIMATOR SALES MANAGER to join our team.

The ideal candidate will obtain leads & convert them to clients through our four-step proven process. Perform roof inspections, estimates, and provide multiple options to customers using our Better, Best, Basic pricing strategy. Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication, follow-up, and follow-through. Lead and motivate a small sales team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform estimates for roof replacement with the goal of closing sales.
  2. Build rapport & trust with clients.
  3. Build & maintain relationships with professional partners for networking.
  4. Ensure all missed calls/messages are returned the same day for prompt customer follow-up.
  5. Convert leads to prospects via estimates.
  6. Utilize company-provided leads based on performance and availability.
  7. Enter relevant lead information into CRM, including notes & tagging appropriate personnel.
  8. Research specialty items & source prior to estimates.
  9. Provide roofing, color, style & payment options to prospects.
  10. Ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  11. Notify management of issues or concerns from customers.
  12. Prepare postcards & letters for mailing campaigns.
  13. Execute marketing strategies set by team lead & Director of Sales; develop personal strategies with approval.
  14. Understand jurisdiction permit requirements.
  15. Prepare & execute daily sales plans.
  16. Grow market share & maximize territory performance.
  17. Stay updated on roofing systems, installation requirements, trends, and product availability.
  18. Keep current on materials pricing & availability.
  19. Accurately complete contract details & legal documents.
  20. Develop personal routines that align with SOPs.
  21. Lead weekly meetings and other scheduled meetings.
  22. No door knocking required.
Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years of sales management experience in any field; construction or industrial sales preferred. Must be a great motivator & leader.
  2. Professional, capable of networking & engaging in conversation.
  3. Excellent customer service skills and a desire to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Excellent grammar (verbal & written) & mathematics skills.
  5. Strong negotiation skills with a drive to sell.
  6. Proven accuracy & emphasis on safety.
  7. Sales tracking & analysis skills.
  8. Competitive spirit and desire for continuous improvement.
  9. Ability to climb ladders & walk roofs daily; work in confined spaces as required.
  10. Ability to learn and utilize CRM software; manage jobs.
  11. Intermediate computer & technological skills.
  12. Team-oriented with the ability to work interdepartmentally.
  13. Strong work ethic, dependable, organized, detail-oriented, positive attitude.
  14. Proficient in Microsoft Office & email communication.
  15. Self-managed & able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  16. Aligned with our R.O.O.F.S Values and Mission Statement.
  17. Must be able to lift 75 lbs, stand, sit, bend, twist, and move efficiently with accommodations if needed.
