RoofCrafters Roofing is seeking a motivated & energetic ROOFING ESTIMATOR SALES MANAGER to join our team.
The ideal candidate will obtain leads & convert them to clients through our four-step proven process. Perform roof inspections, estimates, and provide multiple options to customers using our Better, Best, Basic pricing strategy. Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication, follow-up, and follow-through. Lead and motivate a small sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Perform estimates for roof replacement with the goal of closing sales.
- Build rapport & trust with clients.
- Build & maintain relationships with professional partners for networking.
- Ensure all missed calls/messages are returned the same day for prompt customer follow-up.
- Convert leads to prospects via estimates.
- Utilize company-provided leads based on performance and availability.
- Enter relevant lead information into CRM, including notes & tagging appropriate personnel.
- Research specialty items & source prior to estimates.
- Provide roofing, color, style & payment options to prospects.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Notify management of issues or concerns from customers.
- Prepare postcards & letters for mailing campaigns.
- Execute marketing strategies set by team lead & Director of Sales; develop personal strategies with approval.
- Understand jurisdiction permit requirements.
- Prepare & execute daily sales plans.
- Grow market share & maximize territory performance.
- Stay updated on roofing systems, installation requirements, trends, and product availability.
- Keep current on materials pricing & availability.
- Accurately complete contract details & legal documents.
- Develop personal routines that align with SOPs.
- Lead weekly meetings and other scheduled meetings.
- No door knocking required.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales management experience in any field; construction or industrial sales preferred. Must be a great motivator & leader.
- Professional, capable of networking & engaging in conversation.
- Excellent customer service skills and a desire to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Excellent grammar (verbal & written) & mathematics skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with a drive to sell.
- Proven accuracy & emphasis on safety.
- Sales tracking & analysis skills.
- Competitive spirit and desire for continuous improvement.
- Ability to climb ladders & walk roofs daily; work in confined spaces as required.
- Ability to learn and utilize CRM software; manage jobs.
- Intermediate computer & technological skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work interdepartmentally.
- Strong work ethic, dependable, organized, detail-oriented, positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & email communication.
- Self-managed & able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Must be able to lift 75 lbs, stand, sit, bend, twist, and move efficiently with accommodations if needed.
