Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking a full-time Roofing Estimator (Specialty Division) in Jessup, Maryland to support sales. Pay range is $25 to $35 an hour.

The role involves creating quotes and proposals, collaborating with project managers, performing take-offs from drawings, and preparing submittals for contract projects. Ideal candidates read architectural drawings, have construction/roofing knowledge, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Organizational, Analytical, Problem Solving and People Skills.
• Understanding new construction and specification driven bidding processes.
• Ability to read/interpret architectural drawings and perform project take offs.
• Ability to compile and prepare project submittals.
• Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software)
• General Construction and Roofing knowledge
• A Valid driver's license in good standing
• Knowledge of estimating/quoting programs.

Responsibilities

• Create quotes using company-designed software for multiple project managers.

CentiMark Corporation, the National leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for a full-time Estimator (Specialty Division) to support sales reps in the Jessup, Maryland area.

Pay range $25 to $35 an hour.

Summary of Job Description:
