Job summary

CentiMark Corporation in Jessup, Maryland is seeking a full-time Estimator (Specialty Division) to support sales reps with accurate quotes and proposals for commercial/industrial projects.

You will take-offs from drawings, prepare submittals, and collaborate with project managers and operations to design profitable bids. Proficiency in Word, Excel and estimating software is required; a valid driver's license is also necessary.

• Understanding new construction and specification driven bidding processes.
• Ability to read/interpret architectural drawings and perform project take offs.
• Ability to compile and prepare project submittals.
• Organizational, Analytical and People Skills.

Roofing Estimator (Commercial/Industrial Roofing)

CentiMark Corporation, the National leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for a full-time Estimator (Specialty Division) to support sales reps in the Jessup, Maryland area.

Pay range $25 to $35 an hour.

Summary of Job Description:

• Create quotes using company-designed software for multiple project managers
• Create proposals/scopes of work using company-designed software for multiple project managers.
• Work closely with project managers and operations team in designing and creating accurate profitable quotes/proposals.
• Perform project take-offs from Architect/Construction Spec Drawings.
• Prepare project submittals for specified contract projects.

Job Requirements:

• Organizational, Analytical, Problem Solving and People Skills.
• Understanding new construction and specification driven bidding processes.
