Guaranteed Roof is a fast-growing roofing company seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to dominate the phones, convert leads, and drive commissions. You will make outbound calls, respond to inbound leads, and book roofing appointments while maintaining clean ServiceTitan CRM records.

Qualifications

• High-energy and competitive by nature.
• Strong, confident phone communicator.
• Motivated by a tracked, KPI-driven environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Fast learner with strong follow-up discipline.
• Sales or home improvement experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads.
• Respond to inbound leads within minutes.
• Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately.
• Keep CRM (ServiceTitan) records clean and up to date.
• Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads.
• Collaborate with outside sales and installation teams.
• Hit KPIs: 85%+ booking, 250+ calls, 200+ booked estimates monthly.
