Job summary

Flat Roof Pros, Inc. NW is hiring roofers and roofing helpers for steady work across residential, multifamily, and commercial projects in the Greater Seattle Area. This in-person position is based in Auburn, WA, with day shifts and a supportive crew.

No prior roofing experience is required for helper roles; on-the-job training is available. Full-time is preferred; part-time may be considered. Pay ranges from $27.00 to $32.00 per hour, with overtime paid when applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing or construction is a plus but not required for helper roles.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation to Auburn office or job sites.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors at heights.
• Able to communicate with supervisors and crew.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair roofing systems (TPO, PVC, shingles, silicone coatings).
• Help with roof repairs, tear-offs, prep work, cleanup, and material handling.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment safely.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Follow safety rules and work as part of a crew.
