Rose Roofing and Restoration in Sterling, VA seeks a Roofing Crew Team Lead to guide a residential roofing crew through installations and repairs with safety and quality at the forefront.

You will supervise crews on site, coordinate with project managers and homeowners, ensure compliance with codes, and mentor team members on proper techniques. This non-exempt, full-time role offers bonuses and benefits based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential roofing, including shingle installation and gutter systems.
• Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read work orders and follow project specifications.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record to operate company truck and tow a dump trailer.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights in varying weather conditions.
• OSHA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a roofing crew on residential job sites.
• Install, repair, and inspect asphalt shingle roofs and gutter systems.
• Ensure all work meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes.
• Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate with project managers and homeowners regarding project progress and any issues.
• Verify materials, equipment, and tools are available and used properly.
• Complete projects on schedule while maintaining quality workmanship.
