Job summary

American Solar & Roofing in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Roofing Crew Lead to take ownership of roofing crews in the field. This full-time role requires leadership on-site and a commitment to quality craftsmanship and safety.

You will supervise on-site crews, read job details, coordinate with project managers, and ensure safety protocols while performing tile or shingle roof repairs for residential and commercial projects.

We are growing and looking for a reliable Roofing Crew Lead to join our team and take ownership of roofing crews in the field.

• Must pass pre-employment drug test & background check


• Reliable transportation


• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures with harness.
