What You’ll Do

• Assess project sites and take accurate measurements to prepare for installation.
• Perform structural improvements, including framing and reinforcing rafters.
• Diagnose and repair roof leaks efficiently and effectively.
• Complete home repairs related to solar installations (siding, drywall, etc.).
• Communicate professionally with homeowners while on‑site.
• Document work with photos and detailed notes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
• Support additional construction‑related tasks as needed.
