What You'll Do:

• Keep projects on track by coordinating schedules, materials, and resources
• Communicate with crews, clients, and leadership to ensure smooth execution
• Review plans and specifications for accuracy and clarity
• Help develop timelines, monitor progress, and make adjustments when needed
• Regularly visit job sites to observe progress and ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Keep everything organized with accurate documentation and reports
• Use project management software to streamline communication and updates

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in roofing or construction (a strong plus!)
• A go-getter with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communicator with a knack for problem-solving
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with project management tools
• Able to work independently and thrive in a team setting
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
