Best Choice Roofing is hiring motivated sales professionals to identify roof damage after storms and guide homeowners through the restoration process. Training is provided and no prior roofing or sales experience is needed.

This role focuses on customer education, lead generation, and closing restoration agreements. You will work outdoors, inspect properties, document findings, and help clients navigate insurance claims while earning with an uncapped commission structure.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work outdoors and climb ladders as needed
• Adaptable and coachable with a drive to learn sales

We provide paid training and a proven system for success.In this role, you’ll help homeowners recover after storms by identifying roof damage and guiding them through the restoration process. We are actively hiring motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career and take control of their earnings.Note: This is not a roofing installation position. Our production team handles all roof installations.
