Job summary

Best Choice Roofing is seeking motivated sales individuals to join our team in the United States. This role offers uncapped commission with typical earnings of $63K–$120K in the first year, plus paid training.

No roofing sales experience is required as we provide training and a proven system for success. You will help homeowners recover after storms by identifying roof damage, guiding them through the restoration process, and assisting with insurance claims.

Qualifications

• Coachable and motivated to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform roof and exterior inspections following storm events.
• Document damage and present findings to homeowners.

• Obtain signed agreements for restoration services.
• Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training.

Note: This is not a roofing installation position. Our production team handles all roof installations.
