Job summary

Holland Roofing in Milford, OH is hiring a Roofer Helper to start each day directly at the customer site. No stop at the office, and locations change as projects advance, giving you variety and fewer daily trips.

You're outdoors most days and learn commercial roofing on the job. No prior roofing experience is required, though experience with power tools or outdoor work, a valid driver's license, and OSHA 10 are valued as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience with power tools or outdoor equipment.
• Background in roofing or related trades is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Physically able to work outdoors.
• Willing to learn commercial roofing.

Responsibilities

• Assist roofers with installation tasks on job sites.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping on site.
• Learn and follow jobsite procedures and specs.

Roofer Helper – Milford, OH

$22.50/hour + $1,000 Bonus

Holland Roofing is hiring Roofer Helpers for our Milford team. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands‑on work and are comfortable working outdoors.

Start Your Day at the Jobsite

Skip the extra stop at the office. You’ll typically drive directly from home to the customer’s jobsite and head home when the workday is finished. Job locations change as projects are completed, giving you the opportunity to work at different sites while avoiding an unnecessary daily trip to the company office.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience using power tools or outdoor equipment
• Construction, trade school, or hands‑on work experience preferred
• Experience with forklifts, basket lifts, or other equipment is a plus
• Background in roofing, carpentry, masonry, sheet metal, landscaping, concrete, asphalt, plumbing, or similar trades is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable with physical work and working outdoors
• Willing to learn commercial roofing

Roofing Experience Is Not Required.

Pay & Bonus

Pay: $22.50 per hour

$1,000 Bonus:

• $300 after 90 days
• $300 after 120 days
• $400 after one year

You will start working for our company as soon as the required pre‑employment drug screen is completed with a negative result.
