Job summary

Holland Roofing is looking to hire 1 Roofer Helper for our Carolina team. We seek dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable outdoors and using tools. Roofing experience is not required, just hands-on construction or trade experience and a willingness to learn.

Salary starts at $18 per hour and is based on experience. This position is located in North Carolina, with outdoor work and physical duties typical of roofing support roles.

Qualifications

• Experience using power tools or outdoor equipment.
• Construction, trade school, or hands-on work experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, basket lifts, or other equipment is a plus.
• Background in roofing, carpentry, masonry, sheet metal, landscaping, concrete, asphalt, plumbing, or similar trades is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with physical work and working outdoors.
• Willing to learn commercial roofing.
• Roofing experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist roofers with material handling and setup outdoors.
• Use power tools and equipment as needed.
• Support the team in roofing tasks and cleanup.
