Briggs Roofing Company in Rigby, Idaho is hiring Roofing Laborers and Roofers. Training is provided, with clear paths to Crew Leader and Foreman roles. The role supports installation, material handling, and safety on active job sites across the Idaho & Wyoming region.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of residential and light commercial roofing systems including shingles, metal, and TPO
• Load, transport, and stage roofing materials efficiently across active job sites
• Support tear-off, prep work, underlayment installation, and cleanup operations
• Follow company installation standards to ensure high-quality workmanship
• Maintain clean and organized job sites to promote safety and efficiency
• Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Adhere to all OSHA safety requirements including fall protection and proper equipment usage

Salary/Pay Rate: $15.00 to $30.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Location: Rigby, Idaho (Servicing Idaho & Wyoming Region)

Job/Employment Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday (Occasional Saturday work as needed during peak season)

Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver’s License preferred
