Integrity Asset Mangement is hiring Roofer Assistants to support roofing teams in installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs across various materials. You will prepare sites, fetch materials, and assist lead roofers while adhering to safety protocols.

This role offers a hands-on entry point in construction with opportunities to progress as you gain experience. We value reliability, strong work ethic, and good communication.

• Proven roofing or general construction experience.
• Working knowledge of different roofing systems.
• Sound knowledge of business ordinance.
• The ability to lift heavy materials and tools.
• The ability to use powered hand tools.
• Good communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and repair of roofing systems, including shingles, metal, and flat roofs
• Help prepare job sites by gathering necessary materials and tools
• Support lead roofers by following instructions and maintaining a safe working environment
• Participate in the removal of old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all times
• Perform maintenance tasks on roofing systems as needed
