Responsibilities

• Tear-off, installation, and repair of roofing systems for residential and commercial projects.
• Install asphalt shingles, accessories, flashing, and related components (residential).
• Work with TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal on commercial roofs (if applicable).
• Ensure proper installation of underlayment, vents, and edge metal.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites; follow supervisor directions.

What You’ll Do

• Tear-off, installation, and repair of residential and commercial roofing systems
• Residential: asphalt shingles, accessories, flashing
• Commercial: TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and related systems
• Proper installation of underlayment, flashing, vents, and edge metal
• Safe use of hand and power tools
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Follow instructions from crew leaders, foremen, and supervisors
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Roofing experience preferred (residential, commercial, or both)
• Willingness to learn multiple roofing systems if experience is limited
