Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing Inc. is looking for dedicated individuals to join us for local commercial and industrial roofing repairs in Kansas City. If you value consistent work and opportunities for promotion, this is the role for you. Candidates with a valid Driver's License are preferred.

The ideal applicant will assist skilled roofers, keep the work area clean, and help unload materials. We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $18-$22 based on experience, along with health benefits for full-time positions.

Pay: $18-$22/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills

Job Description:

This will be for local commercial/industrial roofing repairs and re-roofs in the area, so you'll have the advantage of being able to work near home. We’re a growing company with a national presence, and are big on promoting from within.

Job Responsibilities:

These are the expectations of our employees with this job title:

• General cleanup, sweeping, and removal of debris throughout the project.
• Clean up the work area and equipment as needed throughout the project.
• Removes snow, water, or debris from roofs prior to applying roofing materials.
• Unload materials and tools from work trucks.
• Sweep and clean roofs to prepare them for the application of new roofing materials.
• Remove old roofing materials.
• Clear drains and downspouts; and clean gutters
• Set ladders, scaffolds, and hoists in place for taking supplies to roofs
• Provide assistance to skilled roofers installing and repairing roofs, flashings, and surfaces.
