Job summary

P&A Roofing is seeking motivated roofing sales representatives to build a lucrative career with 100% uncapped commission. You’ll meet homeowners, identify roofing needs, present solutions, and close deals while managing your pipeline.

You control your schedule as a 1099 contractor, with earning potential between $105K and $250K+ annually, supported by company leads and marketing efforts, plus contests and rewards.

Qualifications

• Roofing sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to earn income.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Competitive mindset and ability to handle rejection.
