Job summary

TMR Roofing is seeking a service repair foreman to identify roof leaks and potential problems, supervise an apprentice or helper, and communicate with customers and managers. The role requires problem solving, strong communication, and hands-on roof knowledge.

The foreman will coordinate daily work, equipment, and materials, travel locally, and maintain OSHA safety standards while delivering timely repairs and quotes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in problem solving.
• Top level communication is a must; timely phone and email responses are essential.
• Willingness to work many hours year round; emergencies occur in extreme weather.

Responsibilities

• Identify the source of active roof leaks.
• Identify other potential problem areas on a roof system.
• Manage crew, schedule work, tools and materials daily.
• Assemble roof repair quotes or inspections on company tablets via FCS app.
• Ensure safety on projects in full OSHA compliance.
