Job summary

Richards Building Supply is hiring Roof Loaders to join our delivery team in Missouri Heights. You’ll ride with drivers to job sites, unload materials onto rooftops, and help place materials for contractors, all while staying active outdoors.

Training is provided and the position offers growth toward full-time roles in the trades. The role requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude, with the possibility of overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, multiple times
• Comfortable working at heights
• Strong work ethic, punctual, and positive attitude
• Attention to detail
• Customer‑service oriented

Responsibilities

• Ride with drivers to job sites and help unload materials onto rooftops
• Work on roofs (with safety gear!) to help place materials where contractors need them
• Learn the tools of the trade—from forklifts to teamwork
• Stay active, work outside, and make good money doing it
• Work closely with drivers and warehouse teammates to keep jobs running smoothly
• Be the hero that keeps our contractors supplied and satisfied
• Interact professionally with customers on-site and at the branch to ensure a smooth and friendly delivery experience
