QXO is seeking a warehouse/delivery associate in Miami to unload and stage building products, including shingles, from rooftops and ground locations. You will verify orders, assist with delivery operations, and support safety practices daily.

This full-time role requires comfort with heights, outdoor heat, and occasional overtime. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and reliable transportation is needed to reach branch locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at heights and use safety equipment as required.
• Comfort working outdoors in heat for extended periods.
• Ability to unload and stage materials at delivery locations.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload building products and shingles from conveyer and rooftops.
• Assist with ground drop operations when rooftop delivery is not feasible.
• Verify order contents prior to loading onto delivery truck.
• Support delivery and warehouse operations as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
