MacArthur Co. in Belgrade, MT is seeking a Roof Loader Crewmember to stock, load, and prepare orders of building materials for distribution to customers. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in an outside work environment.

Candidates must be able to lift 80-pound bundles, operate a forklift, and work outside in all weather conditions, with heights up to four stories. Regular attendance and overtime flexibility are expected as part of a strong, long-term contribution to the stock

• Operate a forklift to load/unload materials
• Lift up to 80-pound bundles safely
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Demonstrate safety awareness and accuracy in order fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately organize building materials using a variety of equipment
• Review orders to determine correct picking and packing
• Ensure orders are free of damage and report issues to management
• Banding, wrapping, or packaging material for shipping on trucks
• Load and unload materials safely for transportation
• Follow safety policies and maintain regular attendance
