Job summary

Valentine Roofing in Seattle, WA is seeking a driven Home Services technician to clean residential roofs, treat moss and algae, and remove debris from gutters. You will work days Mon–Fri, leave from home, and follow a daily schedule created by the office manager.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, ability to work from heights, climb ladders, and adherence to safety standards. Company provides a vehicle, gas card, tools, safety equipment, and ongoing benefits.

Responsibilities

About The Position

• Works days are typically Mon‑Fri
• Leave directly from home for your day
• Daily schedule is created by your manager who works in the office
• Cleaning and treating residential roofs for moss and algae
• Removing debris from gutters and downspouts
• Cleaning up grounds of debris after services
• Other Home Services such as pressure washing

Skills

• Ability to use proper ladder etiquette
• Capable of cleaning a roof and gutter
• Professional communication between yourself, the customer, and management
• Ability to work independently in the field and complete a daily schedule
