Job summary

Paneless Home Services Inc. is seeking a diligent window cleaning pro to work outdoors in the Dallas area. Responsibilities include cleaning windows on homes up to three stories, plus pressure washing and gutter cleaning using modern equipment.

You will interact with customers during the job to ensure satisfaction and will drive and maintain the company truck. Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, a clean background, and a neat, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Must pass a background check.
• Comfortable using a 32’ ladder for ladder work when necessary.
• Have professional and clean-cut appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform services including window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning.
• Clean up to 3-story homes to high-quality standards.
• Complete preparation, cleaning work, and clean up using the latest and best equipment.
• Work with customers throughout the work order to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Drive, maintain, and stock company truck.
• Attend mandatory meetings.
• Complete training and development programs.
