Clayton Homes is seeking Home Building Team Members to perform manufacturing production in the home-building process. The role emphasizes safe, efficient operations that meet project specs, while supporting a high-quality standard and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk, climb, and lift at least 50 lbs
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings is highly desirable
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours and perform bending, squatting, and stooping
• Must communicate efficiently and clearly with team members

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits and comply with OSHA regulations
• Work in a team to meet quality standards and productivity goals
• Protect company assets and keep work areas clean and orderly
• Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator with planning and material coordination
• Meet attendance requirements and be ready to start shifts on time
