Clayton is seeking a Home Building Team Member to perform manufacturing production operations in the home-building process, following standard methods and safe practices. The role emphasizes teamwork, quality, and efficiency within OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and the ability to read orders and draw helpful insights from feedback. The position offers a stable, full-time path with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Even-tempered with a positive attitude and strong teamwork focus.
• No past verbal disciplinary action for attendance.
• Achieved at least “High Performing” on most recent evaluation.
• No final written disciplinary actions in last 6 months.
• Ability to learn from feedback and follow procedures.
• Ability to read confirmation orders and build accurately with minimal quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while observing OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team environment to produce products that meet quality standards and productivity objectives.
• Protect company assets, report needed maintenance, keep areas clean and orderly.
• Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator to plan manufacturing activities, communicate shortages and quality issues.
• Perform other duties assigned.
