What you'll do:
Dishwashing & Sanitation
Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, trays, utensils, cookware, and food service equipment.
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect cleaned items to ensure they meet sanitation standards.
Properly store clean dishes, cookware, and supplies.
Kitchen Support
Assist with dining area and kitchen cleanup before, during, and after meal service.
Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
Clean tables, sinks, counters, floors, and food preparation areas.
Support food service staff with general kitchen duties as needed.
Safety & Compliance
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
Follow school and department policies and procedures.
