Job summary

Hudson River Career Resources and its client, a top Italian restaurant outside Orlando, FL, seek a chef specializing in classic Roman cuisine. This hands-on leadership role focuses on authentic Italian dishes, including scratch pasta, while guiding a nine-person kitchen in a warm lakefront setting.

You will report to the owner and general manager, balance food and labor costs, and lead with new ideas to ensure an exceptional guest experience that evokes Rome's dining vibe with casual elegance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a chef in a fine dining restaurant.
• 3+ years of experience as a chef in an Italian restaurant.
• Must have passion for cooking and hands-on leadership.
