Job Purpose
Sales Associates succeed by being professional, friendly, outgoing, energetic, and valuing repeat business. They represent the PRM brand, using customer service, product knowledge, communication, and sales skills to ensure high-quality guest experiences. They are also responsible for maintaining the store's appearance and completing assigned tasks.
Qualifications
This is an entry-level position with no minimum qualifications, provided all applicable employment laws are met. Preferably, candidates have 2 years of retail customer service experience, computer literacy in a PC environment, and meet licensing requirements where applicable.

Performance will be measured by shift goal achievement, lines per invoice, average transaction, and quarterly attendance above 95%. These metrics determine performance and eligibility for raises.
