Lovestruck Books & Cafe in Harvard Square, Cambridge, MA is seeking a Digital Engagement Coordinator to be the warm voice of the brand across digital channels. You will respond to the community, engage readers, monitor social conversations, and work with events/marketing to run campaigns that celebrate romance, books, and in-store experiences.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience independently managing social media, digital communities, or influencer relations.
• Deep knowledge of books, publishing, and the romance genre.
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, and social listening/management tools.
• Exceptional short-form writing skills with a warm, conversational voice.
• Basic video editing ability using CapCut, Canva or similar tools.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and inquiries across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and website channels in the LSBC voice.
• Engage Threads, reader forums, and social posts to keep Lovestruck at the heart of romance discussions.
• Handle customer service inquiries with empathy and route complex questions to the right teams.
• Create, film, edit, and publish organic short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) and live streams.
• Plan content to elevate staff picks and in-store touchpoints to connect to the digital community.
• Advise on posting schedules using audience engagement data.
• Capture real-time photos and video during events and in-store moments.
• Liaise with authors, publishers and VIPs to amplify campaigns.
• Support media inquiries and coordinate with a PR agency to align brand voice.
