Job summary

Responsibilities

Safety

• Ensure correct use of all required PPE and adherence to all dept and plant safety rules at all times.
• Escalate any safety concerns to the Team Performance Lead or Supervisor immediately.

Quality

• Ensure quality standards are achieved and proactively take actions to minimize scrap, prevent spoilage and avoid any potential customer returns.
• Adhere to documented processes including, but not limited to order measurement specifications, color standards, positive release requirements.

Production

• Work safely and efficiently to achieve daily shift production targets including footage, set up and order yield targets.

Pay: $19.25
