Job summary

The candidate will apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, analyze data trends, and develop training materials to sustain gains. Relocation within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires a mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering degree or 6–8 years of relevant industrial experience.
• 3+ years engineering experience in manufacturing, metals, chemical, or heavy industrial environments.
• Experience leading process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, yield, and cost reduction.
• Analyze operational and production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and support capital projects from concept through implementation.
• Develop and maintain operating standards, procedures, and training materials.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership to improve equipment and process performance.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and related methodologies.
• Coach and train employees to support development and safety culture.
