Responsibilities

• Ensure product is produced with superior quality and reliable delivery.
• Lead and coach hourly team members to meet ABS principles.
• Provide direction to craft employees on off-shifts to resolve equipment issues.
• Prioritize work and maintain safe, productive environments.
• Rotate 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am) roughly every 3-4 months.
