Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical crafts within Sheet Finishing, providing maintenance guidance to craft and manufacturing personnel.
• Execute planned and unplanned work to meet department goals.
• Maintain a safe work environment and a workplace that causes no harm to people or the environment.
• Lead individual safety discussions and job-specific safety reviews.
• Manage crew performance focusing on quantity, quality, timeliness, safety, recovery and delivery.
• Allocate work fairly and assign tasks within department guidelines.
