You will monitor equipment uptime, lead cross-functional improvement projects, ensure safety, and strive to meet KPIs for throughput, yield, and cost, fostering continuous improvements across the rolling mill.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in metal recycling or related heavy industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve equipment uptime, availability, and reliability metrics.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects to reduce defects and improve throughput and quality.
• Support troubleshooting across rolling mill operations, product quality, and process stability.
• Collect data to support continuous improvement analyses and implementations.
• Promote and sustain quality standards and safety practices.
