Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with rolling mill processes.
• Strong understanding of rolling mill operations and process parameters.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot process problems and lead corrective actions.
• Strong verbal and written communication with operators, supervisors, maintenance, suppliers, management, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support design, construction, and commissioning of the new rolling mill.
• Define and optimize the production cycle and required equipment.
• Collaborate with OEMs on process and equipment design.
• Monitor operating parameters and implement process changes for stability and quality.
• Troubleshoot problems in the shop with operators and sustain improvements.
• Lead corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver technical and process training for staff.
