• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operational aspects of capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, including planning, scheduling, production integration, and commissioning support.
• Support equipment installations, process upgrades, and start-up activities associated with CAPEX initiatives.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate findings to management and operational teams.
• Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company safety and environmental standards.
• Monitor and analyze rolling mill process performance, including productivity, yield, quality, throughput, and equipment utilization.
• Collect, organize, and interpret production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Apply statistical methods to support process optimization and root-cause investigations.
