Spectra Gutter Systems in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Rollforming Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a manufacturing setting. You will drive reliability, safety, and performance of production equipment while supporting daily goals and long‑term improvements.

The ideal candidate blends hands‑on leadership with strong technical knowledge, capable of balancing immediate maintenance needs with initiatives to strengthen plant reliability and overall efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
5–7 years of progressive maintenance experience in manufacturing, incl. 3+ years in supervision.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and control systems.
Proficiency with CMMS for work orders, records, and reporting.
Experience managing maintenance budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and specialists with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and accountability.
Prioritize daily work orders, provide technical guidance, and troubleshoot issues.
Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability.
Coordinate timely responses to breakdowns to minimize production disruption.
Oversee maintenance of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems; manage facility equipment and infrastructure.
