Job summary

PTMW Inc. in Topeka, KS seeks a competent CNC Rollform Operator to safely set up and run rollform equipment according to blueprints.

Load materials, prepare and operate CNC machines for drilling, grinding and milling; read drawings and translate instructions into machine commands.

Inspect parts for accuracy, maintain equipment, follow safety procedures, and assist in other production areas as needed. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints
• Strong mathematic skills including fractional/decimal conversion
• Demonstrated knowledge & proper use of measuring devices such as calipers, square, protractor
• Capable of lifting up to 75lbs
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, physical capacity test and breath alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist in other areas of production as needed or as assigned.

Job Location: PTMW Inc - Topeka, KS 66618 Education Level: Not Specified PTMW, Inc is seeking a competent CNC Machine (Rollform) Operator to join our pre-fabrication (PFAB) team. The Rollform Operator will be responsible for using computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery safely and accurately to perform a variety of functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of finished products. Set up machinery according to specifications provided by blueprints, drawings, or job layouts.
