Responsibilities

Position Summary

Nidy Sports is seeking a dependable and experienced Paver Roller to join our field operations team. The Paver Roller will operate a roller and other compaction equipment to ensure asphalt and paving surfaces are properly compacted, smooth, and finished according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Operate vibratory and static rollers safely and efficiently.

Compact asphalt, aggregate, and other paving materials to required specifications.

Follow directions from the paving foreman and equipment operators.

Monitor the surface for proper grade, smoothness, and compaction.

Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.

Maintain safe working distances from other equipment and crew members.
