Qualifications

• Operate on various levels of grade for a smooth surface.
• Maintain roller machines including daily fluid checks.

Essential Functions

• Smooth out and compress asphalt to ensure a quality surface on roadways and parking lots.
• Be able to operate on various levels of grade to ensure a smooth surface.
• Be familiar with compaction requirements and rolling techniques on different mixes of asphalt to remove cut marks and deliver a smooth surface.
• Maintain roller machines including checking/refilling fluids levels daily and greasing.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of experience operating a 2-ton roller and 10-ton roller preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Comply with the company's drug and alcohol testing requirements.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Hours of work vary based on project needs and weather conditions. Overtime as required.
