Job summary

McGeorge Contracting Company operates the largest resident fleet of heavy earthmoving and grading equipment in Arkansas and is seeking a roller operator to support highway and site work projects.

This full-time role requires 12-hour shifts, standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working outdoors in extreme weather. Safety is paramount and all OSHA regulations and company policies are followed to protect workers and equipment.

Basic Qualifications

• Must have the ability and be willing to work a 12 hour day/shift including some weekends.
• Must be able and willing to walk, stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor including lifting items at least as heavy as 50 pounds;
• Must have the ability and be willing to work outside in extreme weather conditions including temperatures in excess of 100 degrees.
