Responsibilities

• Participate in safety programs and uphold safety culture.
• Communicate production issues and needs clearly to the team.
• Ensure shift reports and inspections are completed.
• Perform routine maintenance or repairs as needed.
• Suggest improvements to work methods and procedures.
• Maintain daily housekeeping in the work area.
• Troubleshoot problems using knowledge and teamwork.
• Understand startup/shutdown and emergency procedures.
• Assist with supervision of equipment and Rolling Mill activities.
• Clean and repair roll stand and guide equipment.
