Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance personnel when requested or needed
• Participate in safety programs and uphold safety culture
• Communicate about production issues, concerns, and needs
• Ensure equipment inspection reports are completed each shift
• Perform minor maintenance or repairs as needed
• Suggest improvements in work methods and procedures
• Handle daily housekeeping duties in the work area
• Provide relief to overhead crane operators
• Troubleshoot problems using knowledge and collaboration
• Understand startup, shutdown, and emergency procedures
