Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple production roles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and uphold safety culture.
• Communicate production issues and needs to the team.
• Ensure equipment inspection reports are filled each shift.
• Perform minor maintenance or repairs as needed.
• Suggest improvements in work methods and procedures.
• Handle daily housekeeping duties in the work area.
• Troubleshoot problems using knowledge and teamwork.
• Understand start-up, shutdown, and emergency procedures.
• Assist maintenance personnel when requested.
• Ensure tasks are completed safely and on time.
• Stay alert to unsafe conditions and report them.
• Follow safety rules and PPE requirements at all times.
• Assist with supervision of rolling mill activities.
• Clean and repair roll stand and guide equipment.
