Responsibilities include operating a rollback/flatbed tow truck, responding to roadside calls, securing loads, and maintaining equipment. Valid license and strong customer service are essential; a $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience operating rollback/flatbed tow trucks is a plus.
• Knowledge of loading, securing, and towing procedures.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations.
• Sign-on bonus of $1,000.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a rollback/flatbed tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations.
• Respond to roadside assistance calls, accidents, and vehicle breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Load, secure, and unload vehicles using proper rigging and tie-down techniques.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working order.
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and law enforcement on scene.
• Complete accurate trip logs, paperwork, and incident documentation.
• Maintain a clean and well-kept truck and work area.
